/ 04 / TECHNOLOGY

An opinionated, open stack you can own.

We build on proven open-source tooling, run in EU regions or on your own infrastructure, and hand you the keys. Here is exactly what we use and why.

/ THE STACK

Five layers, no black boxes.

Orchestration: n8n
The connective tissue. Workflows, triggers, and integrations: self-hostable and auditable.
Agent frameworks: CrewAI, LangChain/LangGraph
How agents reason, use tools, and coordinate. Chosen for control, not hype.
Models: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini
Selected per task and per budget. No single-model dependency.
Data: your warehouse, EU regions
Your data stays in your infrastructure or in EU data centers. Residency is a default, not an option.
Interfaces: your existing tools
CRMs, inboxes, phones, calendars. Agents work where your team already works.

Built to be owned.

Self-hostable
The full stack can run on your infrastructure.
Open-source-first
No proprietary black boxes in the critical path.
No lock-in
You own code, prompts, and accounts: exportable any time.
Documented
Every system ships with diagrams and runbooks your team can read.

/ VALENCY NOTATION

One page that shows the whole system.

Valency Notation is our published diagram grammar for agent systems. Every proposal and every handover uses it, so you can always see what runs, where data flows, and where humans stay in control.

  • Single bond: data flow
  • Double bond: persistent integration
  • Dashed bond: a human-in-the-loop path

After launch, the measurement continues.

Drift detection
We test agent behavior against baselines as models and data change.
Cost tracking
Token and infrastructure spend, visible per workflow.
Regression testing
Every change is tested before it touches production.
