Valency is the combining power of atoms.
In chemistry, valency is the number of bonds an atom can form: its capacity to combine into something more complex. We named the studio after it, because that is what modern AI actually is: not one model doing everything, but specialized agents bonded into a single system that does real work.
Founded to close a gap.
Valency Systems was founded in early 2025. The observation was simple: roughly 85% of SMBs were interested in AI, and only about 31% had implemented anything. The gap was never interest; it was implementation. Valency exists to close it, one measured system at a time.
